Call to Order

 

Roll Call

 

1.                  Approval of Agenda

 

2.                  Approve minutes:  Minutes of November 16, 2005

 

3.      Open Time for Public Expression:

The public is welcome to address the JPA at this time on matters not on the agenda. Please be advised that pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the JPA is not permitted to take action on any matter not on the agenda, unless it determines that an emergency exists, or that the need to take action arose following posting of the agenda. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes.

 

4.                  Selection of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for 2006

 

5.                  Acknowledge and file treasurer’s report for the period ending January 31, 2006

 

6.      Request Approval to Award Contract to Abbey Arnold Associates for the preparation of Construction Documents

 

7.      Request to Amend Lease Agreement:

                        A) Extend term of Lease to 30 years

                        B) Extend date for necessary approvals to July 1, 2006

 

8.      Fundraising Update

 

9.      Discussion: Possible Amendment to Joint Powers Agreement specific to Park Maintenance

 

10.  Board requests for future agenda items, questions and comments to staff; staff miscellaneous items.
