7.       Report from Parks & Recreation Commission regarding recommendations regarding planned tennis court  – Dean Nyberg

 

8.                   Design Development Report- Peter Arnold/ Abey Arnold Associates (oral)

Report on Design Development and two workshops held on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2004, and Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005.

 

9.        Fundraising Committee Report- Ann Murphy

Status of current grant applications and update on the public campaign.

 

10.     Interim Executive Director’s Report – Debra Stutsman

 

(a)                Approve terms of parking and easement agreement on a portion of Sunny Hills Children’s Garden property at 300 Sunny Hills Drive.

(b)               Progress Report on Lease Amendment and Amended Traffic Study, Noise Study.

 

11.         Open Time for Public Expression

                        The public is welcome to address the JPA at this time on matters not on the agenda.

                        Please be advised that pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the JPA

                        is not permitted to take action on any matter not on the agenda, unless it determines

                        that an emergency exists, or that the need to take action arose following posting of

                        the agenda.
